New format

I'm trying out a new email format for the SMC updates. I don't think everyone was getting the old emails due to some ISPs like Hotmail considered them as spam. Hopefully you like this new design, if so drop me a line. You'll see there's a link under some news items, if you click it it will take you to more details on that story.

Annual dinner

Not long now
The annual dinner is only a few weeks away, if you haven't told me you want to come then assume I don't know. Let me know as soon as you can if you'd like to attend. The cabaret acts are confirmed and are of a fabulous calibre, you really don't want to miss this.

Raffle
We already have a couple of great prizes for the raffle including a £20 voucher for Alakazam. If you have a price to donate please let me know & either let me have it at the next club night or on the night of the dinner.

Cabaret
Both cabaret acts are confirmed, first will be Piff the Magic Dragon (John van der Put) followed by Amethyst, both acts are multi award winners and either act along would be well worth the ticket price alone. Book now!
