We have been very lucky to have had some great lectures over the years, but we now have a new person in the top place, and I've certainly never seen so many members wanting to have a photo taken with a lecturer.

First starting with the workshop, we mainly went through '3 card monte', 'coin thru silk', 'crazy man's handcuffs' but intermingled with extras and tips including the real workings. It was a great experience and featured extra stories. It was a great opportunity to spend time with a legend in magic and get the real tips.

Then on to the main lecture, the first section was around 90 packed minutes. including: Appearing Bottle, Coin in Bottle, Topit, Card to any Wallet, Coin thru Silk...
Finishing off with card to ceiling, and we have a really high ceiling, amazingly he got it on the first attempt.

After the break, we saw Paul Wingham perform the cups & balls (under Michael's guidance). Then the linking rings featuring stories about the Professor along the way.

It was a testament to Michael's talent as we had the busiest night ever (not fact-checked). It was great to see some old faces and some new.
